Vertical closure panel pieces are fastened by hook and loop fasteners, and are fully adjustable for any size body. Heat moldable anterior and injection posterior TLSO orthosis panels are made of engineering plastic for rigid support.

The lightweight design includes a Mechanical Advantage Pulley System, a quick-release shoulder strap buckle, and an easy to use thoracic adjustment.
